Antonio is a finance professional with extensive experience in the alternative investments industry, with a strong background in venture capital, private equity, and asset management structures.
He has developed significant expertise in fund administration, financial reporting, and the management of regulated investment vehicles, including Venture Capital funds, Real Estate funds, and Luxembourg-based structures. Throughout his career he has been involved in NAV calculation, financial planning, budgeting, and investor reporting, working closely with depositary banks, AIFMs, auditors, and institutional investors.
Antonio has held senior finance roles in several asset management companies, including positions as CFO and Head of Finance & Administration, where he oversaw financial control, regulatory reporting, and governance processes for investment funds and management companies.
He joined BlackSheep Ventures bringing his expertise in financial structuring, fund management, and investment processes, supporting the operational and financial oversight of venture capital activities.
